Skie sighed and walked around to the front of him. Look forgiven or not I am NOT leaving you here alone either you forgive or just put up with me. She said standing up to full height before softening her gaze and smiling. Please Swift just...accept it accept the fact that we love each other theres nothing wrong with that. It's part of flow of nature please... She pleaded making eye contact. Swift I Love you please just understand that and with that she turned and started to walk. She stopped at the end of the alley and sat down slowly.

Swift did not move. His head was still bent, and his eyes still bloodshot. It was a long while before he moved. Ever so slowly he raised his head, and his too-tight collar shifted back from around his ears, back to its proper position just above his proud shoulders. But he didn't feel very proud. She had moved off. But her words stung. He had often heard the Phrase 'Sticks and Stones may break my bones, but Words may never harm me.' Sticks and Stones had never hurt Swift, even bruises were rare on the Tough Dog. But Words... He swore.
Then, after another while, he stood, still slowly. Standing there, alone, a chill wind blew into the Alley and he felt it run straight through him as though he were a Ghost, although he knew that was impossible. But then again, Love had been impossible just 2 hours ago. That was when it hit him. The True enormity of what he had just discovered inside of him. And suddenly Life wasn't long enough.
He leapt to his feet and turned so fast that his ears flapped over his eyes, then he sprinted toward the end of the Alley and the resolute figure at the end of it. His paws pounded loudly and for once he did not avoid the Filthy Puddles. The Dirty Water from them splashed out to the Sides and up his long legs. Then he drew to a halt beside Skie."I would choose you over all else." He whispered in her ear.

Skie froze up as his thundering steps hit her auds. She all of a sudden was not alone and the words hit her like a bolt of electricity. Before she could stop herself she turned and locked necks with him wagging her tail uncontrollably...

Swift let out a joyful bark, stump of a tail wagging so hard his whole back end wiggled. He shivered as she intertwined his neck with his and slowly shut his eyes, smiling sharp-toothedly. Love... He thought, So dangerous, yet so worth it. "I'm ready." He whispered, heart pounding. "Life's too short to wait."

Skie barked and rubbed her head under his chin in a loving way. I knew I would get through your thick head. she said playfully before realizing she was still hungry. Where shall we eat? she asked with a serious tone.

Swift laughed gently. "Glad to know you value my intelligence so highly." He breathed in her ear, warm breath gently rustling the fur of the inside. Then, over her shoulder, he spotted a filthy pink tail vanishing behind a bin as a small giggle echoed around the Place. Stiffening, the Pedigree Ridgeback stared at the place where it had vanished, head over Skie's, but not in comfort; he was looking over her.
As if on cue, his stomach rumbled as she spoke. He wasn't usually hungry often; fear of poisoning and his disgust at the quality of food had driven him to eat as rarely as possible, and usually only his own Fresh-Caught meat. Consequently, his hide was thin on his ribs, but muscle covered them comfortably. Snapping his attention back to her, and hoping she hadn't noticed his looking away, he spoke down to her with an embarrassed smile."Well, to be truthful I just usually catch the odd Rabbit... --But I can make an exception if your not up for the Hunt!" He added with hast. "It doesn't bother me that much..." It did.

Grinning again, Swift followed, also with a Bark. He pounded after Skye, collar jumping as his Muscles flexed and strained, each step carrying him feet forward, mouth open, ears flying back. At that moment he almost looked like a Family Dog again. Then he slowed and quieted as they reached the Fields, eyes darting around. Lowering to a Crouch, he summoned the Female by raising his head in a 'Come' motion.
He looked into her eyes, then out to the apparently empty fields. At Volume barely above a breath he whispered to her, "It may appear empty, but they're under the Ground. Our Pawsteps will have alerted them, so we must stay very still; the slightest Tremor will keep them at Bay. Eyesight is Medium, Hearing and Feel are excellent, and scent is Medium. We must be careful..." He looked over at her shyly, hoping he hadn't overdone the Information.

Skie was going full out when she looked and caught his 'come' stare. She dug her paws into the ground but she was going to fast. Her white body covered in mud as she tumbled forward and lied down panting. SHe was like a puppy when it came to running and playing so it was hard to stop. Skie wagged her tail and crawled to a hole in the ground and lied very still concentrating on her breathing. Her white body stuck out but she was fine. All of a sudden a brown shape leapt out of the hole and before annyone could stop her she was after it. Her long legs making it hard to turn easily but she eventually got close enough to pounce. Her paws covered the rabbits head and body as it struggled. She grabbed it and walked to him slowly. was that good? she asked smiling and dropping the thing in front of him with her blue eyes questioning.

"Nice." He grinned charmingly at her, not wanting to Critique the Husky. "Keep that; if you're hungry, bury it then catch more and dig it up later, if not so, eat it now. Now watch a Master at work..." He lowered his body to the Ground in the Perfect low Hunters Position, chin and collar almost touching the ground, haunches tensed, body rigid, eyes locked ahead, all 4 legs tensed, perfectly balanced and waiting for the right time to strike.
Swift waited patiently for about 5 minutes before another Rabbit popped its Dumb little Head up. Grinning wickedly he left it another second, waiting for it to assess the Area and not notice him, then step out. Just one more hop... He commanded in his Head. It obliged, bounding tentatively to about 20 feet infront of him and 5 away from its hole. He had the element of surprise, which granted him 5 feet before it noticed, then another 5 before it knew he was coming at it and started to run, and his long legs... But its body was designed for running... He quickly tried to work out the Math.
Eager to impress Skye, he launched himself full pelt out toward the Tiny Beast. True to his prediction, he was 5 or 6 feet along and gaining before it felt his footsteps, another 5 and it began to run, he was gaining, it was heading for its hole... His jaws clenched tight around the Rabbit's tail, yanking it, and it let out a mortified squeal with made his Black Heart flutter with Pleasure. He pulled it back with a growl as it scrabbled helplessly at the Base of its burrow before Swift threw the Poor Creature to the skies, near petrifying it, and watching it thump to the Ground a few feet off. It lay still, and he made his slow way over to it, relishing in its pain; that fall would have broken bones - possibly all of them! He snarled once more at the thought of its suffering.
The Rhodesian Ridgeback put a paw on each side of it, collar sliding to around his ears, and lowered his head slowly so that hungry slaver dripped onto the Dusty Brown-grey pelt. Up close, one could see the Feeble strugglings it gave. How pitiful. But he wouldn't let its suffering end there. Oh no, he wanted to feed on it, relish it. He wanted to look at that fear ad pain and feel better...
The Bloodlust had come over him once more.
OOC: Swift is a Sicko :B

Skie smiled as he was clearly impressing her. Her body shivered and then he transformed. He seemed to not want to eat it but torture it instead. She couldnt watch that happen. Skie walked forward and growled slowly trying to distract him. The look told him she was impresssed but not by what he was doing. She sat down and stared...

He jumped as a growl echoed faintly at the back of his mind, and in is entranced state didn't recognise it; he turned blindly and snapped at mid-air, waring whatever it was off with a snarl, then lowering again to demolish his meal. But it didn't seem as fun now... What was it?

Skie pinned her ears in disgrace and turned away from his changed form. Her white body was tensed as she hurridly picked up the rabbit and walked toward the way they had come from. Her mind was wondering what in the hell had gotten into him. Her blue eyes shifted to look back wondering what his reaction to her leaving might be...

Swift stood there glaring down at the Carcass, feeling ashamed, although he was not sure why. Then a snide voice behind him hissed, "Well, you really screwed it up this time, didn't you?" He stayed stock still, snarling, barely wondering what that meant. Then it dawned on him slowly, and memories came flooding back. Hunting, Skie, a Meeting... Bloodlust. He groaned as his tense body weakened, looking after her retreating form, his anger gone again.
Then he turned and glared at the Leering Rat behind him. Choosing to ignore it, he stared helplessly after the Husky with a weak expression on his slack face, guilt and fear causing turmoil inside him. He didn't dare follow her. Oh no, what have I done!?

Skie's form stopped and she heaved a sigh. She was still in his view and she knew it. Her heart thudded as she thought of what she would do. Her eyes closed and she fainted. Her form collapsed into a ball on the earth making a soft thud as it hit.
