Pack name: Lehren - that's rulers in German
Pack info: The pack is mostly lighthearted, although Whitefire does encourage vigorous training. The pack has a high sense of family bonds and teamwork is one of their greatest assets - as soon as they get on their feet. The territory is strictly defended and slowly, almost inexplicably, expanding. Inch by inch, they hope to overcome any other packs. Wars are largely avoided in light of Whitefire's wording and ability to get them out of trouble and what they want. Punishments are extreme.
Pack positions: Alpha Female(whitefire)~ Controls the pack and makes the decisions. Deputy~ Decides how wolves should be punished. Takes control when Alpha is not around. A male. The only male allowed to mate - he may choose only one lucky female also. Faction Leaders~ A Faction leader for each section of the territory. These are a bit like guards. Nanny~ Looks after the pups. If there are none, then resumes normal pack duties. Healer~ Scavenges whatever herbs etc. and healing materials can find in order to... Well...Heal! Can be helped by nanny. Scouts~ A bit like spies. They travel alone and tend to spend their time away from the main pack-group. Hunters~ If there's anything alive to be caught(rats, rabbits) these have free reign to hunt it! But they must bring all of it back to the pack, or face the wrath of Whitefire and her deputy. Any dog may hunt, but these are trained to by...Chief Hunter~ Trains the Hunters. Attack and Defense trainers: Train all to attack and defend - primarily, fight. Organiser~ Organises everything - who goes on and who leads the border patrols, when the hunters hunt, when the scouts should make their reports... Pretty much everything(this role can be taken on by the deputy in the absence of an organiser) Messengers~ Deliver messages to other packs and travel back and forth between scouts and main pack. Accompany females if they choose to give birth in the caves. The eijits~ Failures. Weak and useless. These are rare and Whitefire does not like to declare these as she believes in second chances. And third chances. Aaaaand fourth chances... Lets just say she doesn't like declaring them. This is the lowest position - even lower than the pups - they feed last(usually starving), have no rights to even look at the opposite gender in a hopeful manner, and must address all by their titles, rather than their names. Pups~ Uh... Well... Pups, really... THESE ARE ROUGHLY IN IMPORTANCE ORDER
Other comments: A dog's power must correspond with it's position. Calling a dog by its position is a sign of submission(hence the eijit thing) and calling its name a sign of... Well... That depends really.
